Product

SafeHousing sells a digital PDF containing a manually curated list of best-rated real estate agencies across Germany. The current edition contains 1000+ agencies across 25 German cities, spans 150+ pages, and was last updated in May 2026.

The PDF is intended as an informational safety aid. It does not provide legal, financial, real estate, or relocation advice, and it does not guarantee that a transaction with any listed agency will be successful or risk-free.

Independence

SafeHousing is not affiliated with the listed agencies. Agencies do not pay for inclusion, ranking, provision, commission, or placement in the PDF.

Price and payment

The listed price is 19,99€, tax included. Payment is processed securely through Stripe or another checkout provider shown at purchase. SafeHousing does not receive or store card details. The contract is concluded when payment is successfully completed and access to the digital product is provided.

Access and updates

This is a one-time purchase of the current PDF edition. After payment is complete, the PDF will be sent to the email address used at checkout. The list may be updated frequently, but this purchase does not include access to future editions or updates unless expressly stated at checkout.

Consumer withdrawal rights

Consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content. This right may expire before the end of the withdrawal period if the consumer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once digital delivery begins, where the law permits this.

Where the law permits, the checkout may ask the consumer to consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once digital delivery begins.

Returns

Returns are available for up to 14 days after purchase. To request a return, contact [email protected].

Permitted use

The PDF is for the buyer's personal use only. It may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, copied into a competing product, or shared as a database.

Liability

SafeHousing is prepared with care, but no guarantee is made that every entry remains accurate at all times. Users should independently verify agency details before entering into agreements, sending money, or sharing sensitive documents. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Estonian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.
